Polyether-modified polysiloxane.
Character:
It is a polyether modified short chain polysiloxane.Organosilicone surface axiliaries，a coating additives which reduces the surface tension strongly, used as substrate wetting agent in aqueous systems.It also enhances the leveling and flow.
Physical properties:
Appearance: Colourless to light amber liquid
Surface Tension(0.1%) <23.0mN/m
Viscosity(25°C): 70-90 mPa.s
Applications:
In general,it is added in the final process of production.If necessary,it can be added at the any stage of the production process.
The dosage is about 0.05 – 0.5 WT% of the final formulations.
You should determine the most proper concentration for your application through test.
