Open the protective bag and insert the pellet under the netting of thebracelet (with the pellet facing outward)
The wristband can be worn on the wrist or on the ankle. It can be placed on any other fixed support (beside table, a bedpost, etc…) or mobile support (back pack, purse, belt, child carrier, etc…) thanks to its adjustable fastener.
Each pellet is efficient for 15 days after opening the protective bag; you may store the spare pellet in the carton sleeve found in the pack, and write thereon the dates when you started using the pellets.
